These products are either listed by Riayat or in collaboration with esteemed NGOs. Once you place an order, www.riayat.in will ship the product to you, and you will be responsible for payment.

Customization

For custom products, there will be no replacement or refund due to size issues, as the product is specially crafted to your specifications. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end, you can request a return. Please check the size guide before placing an order. The colour of custom covers may slightly vary based on the customer’s screen resolution.

Pricing

We ensure that all price details on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices for items may change without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The listed price includes GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate. Prices on the website are only applicable for purchases made on the website.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we conduct a pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds for the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check is completed. Your card will be charged once the order is accepted. We also offer Cash on Delivery options. Delivery

You will be given various delivery options during the order process, depending on your location. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. After placing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email and SMS. We cannot compensate for any mental distress caused by delivery delays.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 1-week return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@riayat.in or use the chatbot at www.riayat.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Only non-customized products can be returned once delivered, and only if there is an issue or defect in the material or print. If there is a size issue with an apparel item after delivery, there will be no replacement or refund. Check your size carefully before ordering.

Customised products cannot be returned under any circumstances as they are crafted to your preferences. Handicrafts, artworks, or other lifestyle products are also not eligible for return. For more information, visit our Return Policy.

All intellectual property rights related to the listed products are owned by the Company and its partnering NGOs.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
