Refund/Return Policy

At Riayat, we ensure our product descriptions are detailed and accurate so you know exactly what to expect when you receive your order. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Riayat guarantees that you will receive the item as described on our product pages.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on quickly processing all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 10 days. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@riayat.in within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order will be considered final.

Since many items in our inventory are processed and shipped within 48 hours also, it is crucial to contact us within 24 hours to attempt cancellation before the order is fulfilled and shipped.

Return Policy:

We value our customers and aim to make the return process straightforward.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

We will not cover shipping costs and product refunds for returns that meet the following conditions:

  • Products with manufacturing defects that render them unusable.
  • Items received are entirely different from what was ordered.
  • The size shipped is not the same as the size ordered.
  • Items damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged item, please take a photograph or video and send it to contact@riayat.in  or through the chatbot on www.riayat.in. Once we receive the photograph or video, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Please note that refunds will only be processed for products without customization. Custom products are not eligible for refund as they have been crafted to your specific requirements. Handicrafts, artworks, and other lifestyle products sold through our website are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Reports made after this period will not be eligible.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges if:

  • The product does not meet customer expectations.
  • The selected size does not fit the customer’s body measurements.
  • Customers want to exchange for another product or return it for any reason.
Note:

We recognize that everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. Please pay attention to the measurement guide, table, and instructions in the product description before placing your order. Since measurements are clearly stated, we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizes. We highly recommend using a measuring tape and checking your size before placing your order.

You may return your eligible item within 7 days from the date you received it. However, we are confident you will love your purchase!

  1. How can I get a refund for my product?

At Riayat, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we make the refund process simple. We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is essential to report any missing, damaged, or “item not as described” in a timely manner. We will be glad to process a valid refund claim. If you prefer, we can ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@riayat.in  or use the chatbot at www.riayat.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Only non-customized products can be returned once delivered, and only if there is an issue or defect in the material or print. If there is a size issue with an apparel item after delivery, there will be no replacement or refund. Check your size carefully before ordering.

Customised products cannot be returned under any circumstances as they are crafted to your preferences. Handicrafts, artworks, and other lifestyle products are also not eligible for return. For more information, visit our Return Policy.

  1. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 to 10 working days.

For late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted to your account balance.
