Enactus Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
At Enactus DCAC, entrepreneurial action transforms lives and communities. As a proud chapter of Enactus, an international organization fostering social innovation, we strive to create a better world through the power of social entrepreneurship.
Globally, Enactus impacts 1.3 million lives each year by engaging 72,000 students across 1,730 campuses in 36 countries. Through entrepreneurial action, students address complex social issues, creating sustainable solutions that improve communities worldwide.
OUR MISSION
At Enactus DCAC, we believe in the potential of students to drive impactful change. Founded on January 1st, 2013, our organization connects students, academia, and social entrepreneurs to develop welfare-based business solutions. Our mission is twofold: to empower local communities and bring about societal shifts by tackling their pressing needs through innovative solutions.
OUR VISION
Riayat strives to tackle the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and foster a sensitive environment for them. Providing them with affordable adaptive clothing solutions, creating employment opportunities, and reducing their reliance on caregivers, we aim to enrich daily-living experience.

In India, over 30 million individuals face physical disabilities and encounter numerous challenges. From the frustration of removing prosthetic limbs to struggle donning lower garments, for wheelchair users, these barriers restrict mobility, affect self-esteem, independence, leading mental health issues.
Riayat strives to tackle the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and foster a sensitive environment for them. Providing them with affordable adaptive clothing solutions, creating employment opportunities, and reducing their reliance on caregivers, we aim to enrich daily-living experience. Simultaneously, we tackle environmental concerns by repurposing surplus textile fabrics into our innovative clothing line

OUR APPROACH
Community Identification
We start with Community Identification, where we identify and connect with communities of individuals with disabilities
Skill Training
After that comes Skill Training, where we train these individuals in the art of creating adaptive clothing, empowering them with skills and self-sufficiency.
Production Unit
Next, we establish production units where our specially-trained artisans work to create adaptive clothing.
Entrepreneur Creation
However, our aim is not just employment but also entrepreneurship. Next, we nurture individuals to lead and manage these production units.
OUR PROJECTS
Currently, Enactus DCAC runs two flagship projects: Project Riayat and Project Zaraat. In addition, we have successfully sustained six projects: Project Taleem, Project Vikalp, Adarsh Gram, Project Adhikaar, Project Kaushal, and Project Sahaas.
