Free Group Therapy


Expert led Online group therapy facilitated by the in-house experts of Vandrevala Foundation. Join others who are going through similar life challenges like you and benefit from the support of each other through sharing. Our experts will support you with tips and strategies that can help you enhance your coping skills. These sessions are free and aims to give you a free space to share your thoughts and feelings without being judged.

Mindfulness is the cognitive skill, usually developed through meditation. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Through this group we hope to help teach you how to practice mindfulness exercises through demonstration and guided activities!

Who  should attend: Those who are interested in learning about mindfulness through hands on practice of mindfulness exercises.

Who  should attend:  Support group for those dealing with the repercussions and difficulties emerging from the negative emotions of childhood. Learning to cope and move forward, understanding the past and how it is affecting the present and marching beyond those concerns! Learning to identify and managing patterns of behaviour coming from family relationships.
